Promotional activity for “The Golden Bough”, ATLANTEAN KODEX’s first full length album has started last week in sight of the near release date scheduled for the 4th of October 2010.
CRUZ DEL SUR MUSIC will release the album making it available on CD, Double Gatefold LP (a limited edition with poster released in collaboration with Iron Kodex Records) and digital format as usual.

The band will hold a release-party in Lisboa, Portugal – where they’ll headline the “Aniquilacao de Lisboa” festival together with the mighty English sensational metal combo ASOMVEL and some promising Portuguese bands such as MIDNIGHT PRIEST and INQUISITOR. Other interesting news for ATLANTEAN KODEX‘S live activity come from the band’s confirmation to the prestigious fifth edition of the Hammer of Doom festival in Würzburg, scheduled for April 16th 2011. This show will be the first one with the band’s regular singer Markus Becker;to celebrate the event, the band is preparing a crucially blasting one hour set.
The Hammer Of Doom 5 will be held in Wurzburg at the Posthalle Club, and, along with ATLANTEAN KODEX, Cruz del Sur labelmates WHILE HEAVEN WEPT are also about to confirm their appearance, presenting their new release “Fear of Infinity”.
