SACRED STEEL is..
…Come on! You know who SACRED STEEL is!
What more should be said about them, besides their name? We do not really need to introduce a band that has been on Metal Blade and Massacre Records, and has released 8 incredible full length albums and 3 EPs?

Let’s just announce that their new album is titled “The Bloodshed Summoning” and comes 4 years after their 2009’s “Carnage Victory”: for all old and the new Sacred Steel fans, such a long wait will be well worth. In fact, “Bloodshed Summoning” concentrates a lethal dose of heavy riffing and aggression typical of what the best Metal release should be made of, including some episodes bordering of thrash metal…

VOID MOON reveals “Hammer of Eden” the first song off their debut album “On the Blackest of Nights”.

VOID MOON reveals “Hammer of Eden” the first song off their debut album “On the Blackest of Nights”.
“Hammer of Eden” it’s the opener of the album and can be streamed on Cruz Del Sur Music’s bandcamp complete with lyrics.

Void Moon’s bass player Peter Svensson explains why Hammer of Eden was chosen as the opening track of the album: “it’s the most direct and headbanging- friendly song on the album. An up-tempo song with a very heavy chorus to create the feeling of a massive hammer crushing the earth!“.
“On the Blackest of Nights” will be released worldwide by Cruz Del Sur Music on the 2nd of November in Europe and 6th of November in USA.

An official release party for “On the Blackest of Nights” will take place in Malta at V-Gen, Saint Julian, to coincide with the Malta Doom Metal Festival 2012.


Void Moon was formed in early 2009 by bassist Peter Svensson and vocalist/guitarist Jonas Gustavsson along with drummer Thomas Hedlund. A first demo was released during the spring 2010, later released as a 4-track 7” EP entitled “Through the Gateway” 7″ EP by the German label Metalbound Records. Following the release, Erika Wallberg joined the band as lead guitarist and in April 2011, a second demo was released, entitled “The Mourning Son”.

CRUZ DEL SUR MUSIC SRL offers free shipping for European orders!

In year 2011 shipping cost have been worrying us, since the tremendous raise of Italian Postage costs in January (which resulted in an incremented of 80% and above in some cases). Unfortunately, while we have the power to decide our prices and maintain them at the same level with the past two years, we have no control over shipping costs. Since February 2011 we started working with DHL GLOBAL MAIL for our shipments, and the rates have been more reasonable than the normal Italian mail, with an increased delivery rate as well. So far we have recorded a successful parcel delivery percentage of around 98-99% (no jokes!), and therefore we have been very satisfied with this service.Nevertheless, some customers have lately brought up the issue of excessive shipping cost.
