Year 2010 is coming to an end, and before we close the office for a while to enjoy the holiday seasons and some much needed rest, we want to sincerely thank all of CRUZ DEL SUR MUSIC fans and supporters who made this year such an exciting one, so full with great releases and surprises.

Year 2010 has been somewhat of a crowning achievement for us, and closes up bringing the best wishes and wills for the next year 2011… which already looks quite bright ahead! WHILE HEAVEN WEPT announces new Live CD/DVD box set release

While Heaven Wept announces the release of “Triumph:Tragedy:Transcendence – Live At The Hammer Of Doom Festival”, their first Live CD/DVD set, on Cruz Del Sur Music.


WHILE HEAVEN WEPT are currently working on the forthcoming release of their new live album “Triumph:Tragedy:Transcendence – Live At The Hammer Of Doom Festival” set for a November 2010 release date.

“Triumph:Tragedy:Transcendence” will be made available as a CD/DVD set courtesy of Cruz Del Sur Music, as well as a 2LP set via a joint collaboration between Cruz Del Sur Music, Iron Kodex, and High Roller Records. The DVD portion will contain several bonus features that will be detailed after the band will finish the studio work on the masters. News from Slough Feg: conquering Canadian Metal!!

SLOUGH FEG, San Francisco’s Kings of Metal and Cruz Del Sur Music’s purveyors of that classic 70s-meets-NWOBHM-meets-classic rock, have recently taken North America by storm again teaming up with fellows THE GATES OF SLUMBER. It seems that the band has particularly taken Canada by surprise. We already have a few press clips coming from those coldish lands, one being an interview with Pitch Black Magazine , and another one is a show review from their performance at the Red Room, on May 29, supported by doomsters Funeral Circle.
