“Omniscient” marks the return of the originators of the ‘Progressive Power Metal’ movement 10 years after their last full length studio recording. It features the powerful metal melodies of founding members Steve Kachinsky Blakmoor and Rick Mythiasin.
This teaser follows the release of two video clips on YouTube – “666 Is Everywhere (the Heavy Metal Blues)” and “Tree of Knowledge” , both filmed by Agent Steel’s guitarist Bernie Versailles -, and features original artworks by acclaimed German artist Timo Würz. Besides working on “Omniscient” cover artwork, Würz has also painted 12 originals panels to illustrate the story narrated in “Omniscient”.
“Omniscient” concept is actually based on an original story written by STEEL PROPHET’s guitarist Steve Kachinsky Blakmoor. The limited edition 36-page digibook features the entire story, while the regular edition compact disc only has its introduction. But do not worry, as there will be a special link where fans will be able to download the story. “Omniscient” will also be released on digital and Gatefold double LP edition (available after summer).
“Omniscient” also contains the cover of QUEEN’s classic “Bohemian Rhapsody” which the band successfully presented on the Keep It True Festival’s stage last year.
Cruz Del Sur Music has opened today the pre-orders for the album through our online store:
