SACRAL RAGE Debut New Track at Stereogum.com

Stereogum.com has premiered “En Cima Del Mal,” a new track from upcoming SACRAL RAGE  album “Illusions in Infinite Void”. Stream it right here.

“…astonishing riff-centric brilliance of Sacral Rage, a Greek speed metal band that has stumbled upon (or, more likely, slavishly labored to create) an album’s worth of ingenious riffs on its debut, Illusions In Infinite Void. The band owes a stylistic debt to forgotten progressive metal legends Watchtower, but Sacral Rage soundly trump their heroes by writing songs you’ll actually want to revisit. Like Watchtower, the vocals are an acquired taste, but air-raid falsetto screams have never had better musical accompaniment than this. “En Cima Del Mal” shows the band at its catchiest: lead guitars writhe over subtle shifts of rhythm, but the hooks are front and center and the heavy metal thunder is strong. Most importantly, the riffs are godlike: explosive, exploratory, and perfectly crafted…” (stereogum)

“Illusions in Infinite Void”, will be released March 10 in North America and March 21 in Europe.

PHARAOH “Bury the Light” CD and Vinyl Pre-order

Finally, the pressing plant has confirmed that the bulk copies of  PHARAOH’s “Bury the Light” CD have been shipped and will reach Cruz del Sur Music’s headquarers next week (transportation limited by bad weather permitting). We can therefore start taking pre-orders, which will be shipped approximately  from the 17th of February (one week before the official European release-date).

The album will be also available in a vinyl version, in collaboration with High Roller Records.
The release-date is set for the first two weeks of March (around the 10th), but due to the limited amount of copies available (150 on purple vinyl – 350 on black vinyl total), we will open pre-orders now as well. Read more “PHARAOH “Bury the Light” CD and Vinyl Pre-order”
