DARK FOREST signs a record deal with Cruz Del Sur Music

We are extremely pleased to welcome DARK FOREST into Cruz Del Sur Music‘s roster!! This young band from Birmingham, England has been around for a few years now, releasing their self titled debut album on Eyes Like Snow Records in January 2009… their traditional take on heavy metal is as uniquely British as some of the best NWOBHM bands,  reinterpreted with a modern production’s punch able to make them stand out alone, fists in the air. If your heart still has a soft spot for Iron Maiden, Angel Witch, Isen Torr or early Deep Purple,  DARK FOREST has come out of the woodwork to make your day.

The band is entering the studio on Saturday June 18th to start recording their second full-lenght, ‘Dawn of Infinity’ which will be released by Cruz Del Sur Music in the fall of 2011. CRUZ DEL SUR MUSIC is proud to announce the upcoming release of “Make it Dark”, Virginia’s TWISTED TOWER DIRE fifth full-length studio album, to hit the streets on the 2nd of May 2011.

TWISTED TOWER DIRE’s name has been a synonymous for uncompromising HEAVY METAL  since its inception in 1995. Formed out “of a stubborn hatred for the 90’s anti-metal culture” as their website states, TWISTED TOWER DIRE have always been able to maintain a respectable profile, not following transitory trends but keeping true to their original metal beliefs. ATLANTEAN KODEX ABOUT TO COMPLETE “THE GOLDEN BOUGH” FULL-LENGHT RECORDINGS

We‘re glad to announce that the recordings for ATLANTEAN KODEX „The Golden Bough“ have been finished. Right now, the band is in the final phase of mixing the album. It will be sent to Mastering at Rosenquarz Studios, Lübeck (same studio of bands such as Warning, Isen Torr and Pagan Altar). The release date announced by CRUZ DEL SUR is the 2nd of October 2010. To celebrate the release, ATLANTEAN KODEX will appear live during a record release party to be held at the Revolver Bar in Lisboa, Portugal supported by Asomvel.
